In the 3rd ODI between England and Pakistan at Sharjah, England team had easily overcome sloppy Pakistan to go 2-1 lead in four match series. Three unwanted run-outs for Pakistan batting line up changed the game towards England. After outplaying England in the first ODI for a convincing 6 wicket victory, a batting fiasco meant the ‘hosts’ Pakistan threw away their 1-0 lead after folding for a meager 188 in the chase of 284.

In the 20th over, Azhar Ali was run out when his partner Hafeez refused to make a run. In the 33rd over, Mohammad Rizwan was run out when he was not concentrating whether his partner was running or not. In the 42nd over, Shoaib Malik was run out by a misunderstanding between the wickets. Hence, England won the match.
