Southern Railway Eligibility Criteria 2018 

Nursing Superintendent:

• Age limit: 20 to 40 years
• Must have completed General nursing and Midwifery from a school of Nursing or other Institution recognised by the Indian Nursing Council and holding a certificate of registered Nurse and Mid Wife.

Radiographer:

• Age limit:18 to 33
• Candidate must have passed 10+2 with Physics and Chemistry and Diploma in Radiography/X-Ray Technician/ Radio diagnosis Technology (2 years course) from recognised institution.

Health & Malaria Inspector:

• Candidate’s age must be between 18 to 33 years.
• Applicant has studied Chemistry as a main/optional subject while pursuing B.Sc and One year Diploma of
  Health/Sanitary inspector or One year National Trade Certificate (NTC) in Health Sanitary Inspector granted by NCVT, Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India, New Delhi.

Extension Educator:

• Age must be between 22 to 35 years.
• Applicant must have completed two year diploma in Health Education along with Graduation in Sociology/ Social Work/Community Education disciplines.

Laboratory Assistant Gr.II: 

• Age limit: 18 to 33 years
• Passed higher secondary (10+2) with science stream and completed diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT).

ECG Technician:

• Maximum age: 33 years and minimum age: 18 years.
• Candidate must possessing a Certificate /diploma/degree in ECG Laboratory Technology / Cardiology/ Cardiology Technician / Cardiology Techniques.

Pharmacist Gr.III:

• Age Limit: 20 to 35 years
• must passed higher secondary with Science stream and holding Diploma in Pharmacy from recognised institution and registered as Pharmacist under the pharmacy act 1948.

Haemo Dialysis Technician:

• Age: 20 to 33 years
• Must possessing a graduation degree in B.Sc plus Diploma in Haemodialysis or two years satisfactory in-house Training / Experience in Haemodialysis work in a reputed institution.

Application Fee: UR / OBC candidates must pay Rs. 500/- as application fee Rs. 400/- of which shall be refunded if a candidate appears for the screening test. SC / ST / PWD / Women/ Economically Backward/Minority applicants need to pay Rs. 250/- and shall get the full refund if appeared for screening test.
