Karthikeya movie is starring Nikhil Siddharth as Karthik, Swati Reddy as Valli, Tanikella Bharani as Valli’s father, Rao Ramesh as Prudhvi Raj, Kishore as Rajesh and Tulasi. Movie starts with Subrahmanyapuram Shamkar (Raaja Ravindra) who solves Subrahmanyapuram temple mystery and later he is murdered. How he was murdered is a mystery? There is a police commissioner and selfish endorsement head and also fake baba in the village. Karthik (Nikhil) is an intelligent medical student. He went to Subramanyeswara Swamy Temple in Subramanyapuram along with his friends in a medical camp. When they landed there mysterious things start happening to him and his group. Karthik decides to take things in his hands and solve the mystery himself.  There he meets Swati (Valli) who is a dental student.

The story revolves around the mysterious Subramanyeswara Swamy Temple in Subramanyapuram. The temple is shut down for mysterious reasons and whoever tries to find out the story behind this, gets killed by a deadly snake bite. What is the mystery behind the temple? Why are people dying of snake bites? Will Karthik be able to solve the mystery? This forms the rest of the story.
