The KEA (Karnataka Examinations Authority) announced the CET 2019 exams will be delayed and will now be held on dates April 29, April 30, and May 1, 2019. The CET (Common Entrance Test) was originally scheduled on dates April 23, April 24, and April 25, 2019. The reason behind the delay for the exams is to avoid a clash with the Lok Sabha Elections, the second phase of the polls is set to happen on April 23, 2019.

The Karnataka Examinations Authority said, “In view of the announcement of the schedule of the Lok Sabha Elections by Election Commission of India, Government of Karnataka has directed KEA to conduct the CET-2019 on 29-04-2019 and 30-04- 2019 and the Kannada Language test on 01-05-2019.”

Here is the new exam schedule for the Karnataka CET 2019 Exam:

April 29, 2019 (Monday)                                          

Biology Exam 10:30 AM to 11:50 AM

Mathematics Exam 2:30  PM to 3:50 PM

 

April 30, 2019 (Tuesday)

Physics Exam 10:30 AM to 11:50 AM

Chemistry Exam 2:30 PM to 3:50 AM

 

May 1, 2019 (Wednesday)

The Kannada Language test for Horanadu and Gadinadu Kannadiga candidates only will start at 11:30 AM and will end on 12:30 PM

The Karnataka Common Entrance Test 2019 is conducted by the KEA (Karnataka Examinations Authority) for taking in admissions to the pharmacy, engineering, and other courses in the government-run institutions in the state.
