“Anegan” is the  latest upcoming Indian Tamil film of Dhanush which is being directed by K .V. Anand.  Dhanush after his huge sucess of his past Movie Vela illa Pattadari (VIP) which was released from the Dhanush own production house and made a hit talk all the places where it is released. This movie has made a new history in Dhanush Box Office collections. This movie Anegan is being produced by Kalpathi S.Aghoram, Kalpathi S.Ganesh and Kalpathi S.Suresh under the production house AGS Entertainment which has Amyra Dastur, Aishwarya Devan and Karthik in the lead roles other than Dhanush. For this latest movie Anegan, Harris Jayaraj is the music director which for the first time that he is composing music for hero Dhanush in his career. The audio of this movie has been launched on 9th of November, 2014 in Channai which was attended many Kollywood celebrities.

1. Danga Maari Oodhari:

Singers : Dhanush, Marana Gana Viji, Naveen Madhav
Lyrics : Rokesh

This song which was song Dhanush, Marana Gana Viji, Naveen Madhav seems to be the highlight of this album. This track has thumping rhythms and some raw folks vocals. This track also has Indian musical instruments like trumpets and nadaswaram which takes this track to the other level. It’s bass work also that stands out in this song. This song has got its auro with the addition of piano touch that was blended perfectly.

2. Thodu Vaanam:

Singers : Hariharan, Shakthishree Gopalan
Lyrics : Vairamuthu

This song Thodu Vaanam was sung by Hariharan, Shakthishree Gopalan which is undoubtedly a typical Harris Jayaraj duet. This tune also has some Hip-Hop section with safe chord progression. The 80s styled riffs can be heard throughout the song which is the highlight of this song.

3. Deivangal Ingae

Singers : Sriram Parthasarathy
Lyrics : Kablian

Sriram Parthasarathy has sung this song which is a soft melody with some feel good composition with breezy vocals. The usage of electrical stringed instrument and Aria solo within the interlude will create an impression on the music lovers.

This song was sung by the leading singers Chinmayi, Shankar Mahadevan, Sunidhi Chauhan which has an upbeat composition with the trance rhythm. Additionally to the trance rhythm Harris amalgamated tabla graciously with superior bass work. Despite the Deja-Vu feel it generates, the sequencing and smart vocals create it fascinating.

5. Aathadi Aathadi

Abhay Jodhpurkar, Bhavatharani, Dhanush, Tippu has sung this song which is the relaxing composition with the masterful mix of ghatam and swingy stringed instrument. It conjointly contains a neat delicate piano base which is the trademark of Harris Jayaraj.

6. YOLO – (You Only Live Once)

Lyrics : C. S. Amudhan

This track was sung beautifully by Eden, Ramya NSK, Richard, Shail Hada, Vickey which has the coolness of western groovy rhythms of the popular carribean music genre. Special mentions had to be made for the effortlessly arranged back vocals.

Final Word : Harris Jeyaraj in his trademark style gives a solid album for Dhanush.
