Part 1 Registration:
- Choose the most effective search engine and type www.facebook.com into the search box or in the address bar located at the top of your browser or CLICK HERE to land directly on the facebook login/Signup page.
- You will see the facebook Sign Up screen as shown below and fill out the “Sign Up” form on the right.
- On the Facebook homepage, enter in your first name, last name, email address, password, birthday, and gender. You must use your real name for your account. Nicknames are allowed as long as they are a variation on your real name.
- Click the “Sign Up” button. If all of your information is correct, you will be sent a verification email to the address you provided.
- Open the verification email. It may take a few minutes for the email to get delivered. Click the link in the email to activate your account.
- Fill out the profile info: This is the step for filling out information as required in the boxes. Information required here is your High School name, College or University name, your current employer name, current city, and your Hometown. When you finish filling your information, click on the ‘Save & Continue’ or you can skip this step and do it after having your facebook created.
