IAS Officer Smita Sabharwal is known for her good work as Collector in districts like Karimnagar and Medak. The lovely lady is known popularly as people’s officer and is known to use latest developments in technology to her advantage, especially in implementing Government Programmes on field. Ms Sabharwal, 38, currently posted as Additional Secretary to Telangana Chief Minister KCR. Everyone knows Smitha for her good service but a quite few know about her singing skills. Smitha Sabharwal is a 2001 batch officer. She finished her schooling from St Ann’s in Secunderabad and has graduated in Commerce from the St Francis Degree College for Women in Hyderabad. She cracked the IAS examination at 23 and secured an All-India fourth rank. Her father Colonel PK Das is a retired Army officer. Whenever he was upset, he used to ask her sing this song.
