YSRCP Chief Jaganmohan Reddy Continues Fast for Second Day Over Special Status for AP

YS Jaganmohan Reddy, Cheif of YSR Congress Party is continuing the unto death indefinite fast to achieve the special status for Andhra Pradesh state at Nallapadu in Guntur. He began his indefinite fast at Guntur demanding separate category status to Andhra Pradesh. Along with the huge number of YSR Congress party supporter he had started ‘Deeksha’ in the afternoon after paying tributes to those who committed suicide over the delay in the state getting the special status.

YS Jaganmohan Reddy Continues Indefinite Fast for Second Day at Guntur

YSR Congress party leaders are making it sure that hunger strike of the leader of opposition of Andhra Pradesh state YS Jaganmohan Reddy attains the objective without any major obstacles.  Party leaders got YSRCP chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy to undergo few medical examinations by a group of doctors at the venue to monitor the health of the leader.

Doctors at the venue performed a few tests and monitored the blood pressure and sugar levels of the party chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy. Many other leaders of various organizations across Andhra Pradesh state expressed their solidarity to the YSRCP Chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy who turned up to him at the venue. YSRCP party workers and activists are also on the indefinite fast accompanying the chief of the organization YS Jaganmohan Reddy at the Deeksha venue in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.

Leaders of YSR Congress Party have been called on by the chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy to carry on indefinite hunger strikes in their respective towns and constituencies. While addressing the media YS Jaganmohan Reddy said “Myself and my party men would carry on the indefinite hunger strike until and unless our the central government comes forward and makes an announcement granting special status and funds for newly carved out State Andhra Pradesh.”

YS Jahanamohan Reddy blamed both union and state governments which are being led by BJP and TDP at both levels for the delay in the state getting special status. The leader of opposition in Andhra Pradesh assembly alleged that “it’s Chief Minister N.
