1. Fatigue and tiredness
A constant feeling of tiredness or fatigue is one of the biggest signs you’ve got too much sugar in your diet. You might often develop a pounding headache or an urge to cuddle up in bed. Although high-sugar foods can give you a sudden burst of energy, but that is temporary, after which follows a daunting crash that makes you feel tired. A balanced and nutritious diet prevents your blood sugar from going from a sugary high to a lethargic low.
2. Sugar cravings
