Ingredients Needed:
3 Tablespoons of ordinary baking soda
5 litres of water
How To Make It:
1. Take the Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate and dissolve it properly in hot water. Make sure you mix it well until you get a homogenous mixture.
2. Now soak your feet in the solution for 15 minutes.
3. After 15 minutes, rub your feet with a pumice stone that will remove the loose dead skin off the feet.
4. Now rinse your feet properly and wipe them off.
5. Apply a nutritious foot care cream of your choice.
6. Guard the feet with a pair of cotton socks for a while and also keep them during the night for ideal results.
The next morning when you wake up, you feel surprised seeing the difference on your feet. This treatment doesn’t disappear your cracks in one go; you need to repeat it for at least 5-7 days. Post that; you need to take a break of a week before you start with the same procedure again. For those people who don’t have baking soda, you can use a tablespoon of salt and a bit of liquid soap in the solution instead of Baking Soda.
