Daily Habits That Make You Age Faster
Did you ever realize that your daily habits have an effect on your age? Yes, you heard it right, you age faster with the kind of habits that you inculcate on a daily basis. Here is a list of habits that you better avoid in order to prevent yourself from aging faster –
Bad posture
The wrong position distracts the backbone of its normal alignment, and as a result, the muscles and bones become abnormally tense and feel stress. While you are working it results in pain and fatigue and can often cause permanent deformity.
Lack of sleep
Sleep is must, to avoid many problems. Adults need at least 7 hours of sleep each night. Lack of sleep not only make you look tired but also shortens your life span. Many experts suggested that going to bed earlier will perceive a lack of energy, mental slowness, or weight gain.
Overusing your heating system
Try to keep the heat lower in your house. Over usage of artificial heat makes your skin dry because indoor air will get dry. Your hair becomes dry too and you get more wrinkles, as a result you age faster.
Using sun protection occasionally
Exposure to UV rays is the main reason of skin aging. To protect yourself from the sun’s harsh effects it’s important to apply your sunscreen even when it’s cloudy because clouds block as little as 20% of UV rays.
Slouching
If you slouch in front of a keyboard for hours, then you can look unattractive. In our body, our spines naturally have a well-balanced “S” shaped curve that helps to support our bodies. Slouching moves the spinal away from its natural position, stressing the muscles, disks, and bones. Pain, fatigue, even possible spinal degeneration can form. Please note that to practice a good posture during the day.

You Sleep on Your Stomach
When you sleep on your belly, on their side, with your face smashing into your pillow, it makes wrinkles on your face. The tissues in your face become weaker with age, so when you smash your face into that pillow, those wrinkle lines can become permanent. Try to sleep on your back or buy a satin pillowcase to help keep your skin as smooth and wrinkle free as possible.
Regular Makeup
Excessive or regular makeup ages your skin. Oil-based makeup closes your pores and pimples may appear. Also, most makeup products dry out or irritate the skin, which results in premature wrinkles and lines on your face. To get a nice skin, you need to use makeup occasionally not on a regular basis.
