How To Heal Tooth Cavities Yourself And Relieve Pain Quickly At Home? Know Here

Tooth decay, also known as cavities, is an oral disease which affects most people in their lifespan. However, cavities are not life-threatening and are highly preventable. Natural bacteria that lives in your mouth, accumulates to form plaque. When this plaque builds, it interacts with the crevices and deposits in your mouth, damaging and dissolving your tooth enamel and making your teeth weaker, leading to tooth decay.

Symptoms of Tooth Cavity

  • Toothache
  • Pain when eating or drinking
  • Sensitivity to cold or hot food
  • Visible discolored spots on teeth

Tooth decay happens for a number of reasons. The factors that contribute to a toothache are poor oral hygiene, improper brushing habits, and excessive intake of sugary and starchy foods. Therefore, in order to avoid tooth cavities, maintain good oral health, that is, brush your teeth at least twice per day and rinse your mouth after every meal.
