New Delhi, India: 2 people in India were arrested for reportedly murdering a man and for having sex with its body after being involved in an altercation.

The incident reportedly happened in the Neb Sarai Area of New Delhi.

The accused people are natives of Jharkhand and Bihar, who later went to Patna after they committed the crime.

The New Delhi Police said the 2 were arrested in Patna.

The police said the dead body of the victim was found on Wednesday.

The sister of the victim told the police that she saw 2 people trying to remove the body from the house of his brother, and upon questioning them, the 2 fled the scene.

She suspected the 2 of killing her brother.

Atul Kumar Thakur, the DCP (Deputy Commissioner of Police) South of New Delhi, said, “The accused left the national capital and were headed to Bihar. Police rushed to Patna and arrested the accused from Patna Railway station on Wednesday.”

During interrogation, the 2 accused said they were drinking with the man on the evening of Tuesday when they got into a heated argument.

The victim reportedly used abusive language against them, which led to a fight.

The accused in the case admitted that they strangled the man and had sex with his dead body.

The 2 accused left the place to come back the next morning so they could remove the dead body from the house.

When the sister of the victim caught them in act, they ran away and went to Patna, where they were arrested by the police.
