New Delhi, India: A 60-year-old man was caught in Connaught Place Area molesting a 6-year-old beggar by a concerned citizen.

The incident came to light after the 6-year-old girl asked help from a man.

The man rescued the girl and shot a video of the entire incident.

This man who is around of 60 year old ..I saw him when me and my frnd were passing through cp metro station. He was kissing a girl forcefully , n touching her private part ..that girl is of 6 year old.she is a beggar in cp .she was crying ,then I caught him at the moment and handover him to the police ,when police asked him that why have you done this ,he said I had given her 10 rs for a kiss and for a touch on her private part.i was hungry …now you guys tell what should we do to these kind of pedophile people !? Then I also visited to police station to get the justice for the girl. I had been waiting for 2 hours over there. …girl is poor and her family were not able to do FIR , ..It was very heart broken moment for me. . when that girl said to me 'bhaiya bachalo ' …I can't express that moment in words. According to reports, the man caught the 60-year-old man kissing the minor girl after giving her Rs. 10 as she begged for food in Connaught Place Area.

The man also called the police to the area.

When the authorities came, the man started to defend himself from the claims of the pedestrians of the area and from the man who caught him kissing the girl.

The man then went on to say bizarre things as he defended himself.

In the video that was shared on Instagram, the man could be heard saying: “If I molested the girl, my penis would have been hard, but it is not.”

After hearing the bizarre claim of the man, the policeman could be seen slapping the man.

The crowd got so aggressive that the man went out to admit that he did kiss the girl.

The man said that he kissed the girl because she was like his daughter.

In the post that was made on Instagram, the man wrote, “This man is around 60-years-old. I saw him when I and my friends were passing through Connaught Place Metro Station. He was kissing a girl forcefully and touching her private part. The girl is 6-year-old. she is a beggar at CP. She was crying and then I caught him at the moment and handover him to the police.”

The post added, “Girl is poor and her family was not able to do an FIR. It was very heartbreaking moment for me when that girl said to me ‘bhaiya bachalo’. I can’t express that moment in words. I can’t forget her tears and her innocent eyes.”

Authorities brought the man with them to a police station.

It is still not known what happened to the man or if he was charged.
