Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

• For the Assistant Manager posts, the candidates who are applying must possess B.Tech/ B.E/ AMIE with at least 60% of marks from a government recognized institute. They should also have two years of post qualification experience in production and manufacturing unit.
• For Industrial Workman Grade-I posts the candidates must pass diploma in Printing/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Diploma in Tool & Die/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering/ Diploma in Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized university or institute.

Age Limit:

The candidate`s applying for Assistant manager post should not be less than 18 years and not more than 31 years. There is no upper age limit. The candidate`s applying for Industrial Workman Grade-I should have a minimum age of 18 years and a maximum age of 28 years.
