For MCA/ MBA:

Candidates interested in applying for this course should possess a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institute/university with minimum 50 Percent.

For BTech:

Candidates should be intermediate (class 12) pass from a recognized institute/university with physics and mathematics as a compulsory subject along with one of the chemistry/biotechnology/biology/technical vocational subject.

For MTech:

Interested candidates should be holding a Bachelor’s degree in engineering technology from any recognized university/institute with minimum 50 per cent.

Application Fee:

The application fee for HPCET 2017examination is Rs. 1250/- if the candidates belong to general category and if they belong to SC/ ST/ BPL category that have to pay 1100/-

Examination Pattern:

The entrance test for each program shall be conducted in single offline (pen and paper based test) mode. All questions shall be objective type (multiple choice questions); each question with carry a choice of four answers. Each correct answer fetches 2 (two) marks, while each incorrect answer has a penalty of 0.5 mark.
