Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducted Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) LDC DEO examination in November, December & re-exam in July (November 1 & 15, December 6 & 12 and July 23 re-exam). About 3 million candidates appeared for the examination. The results of the same were also declared on 29th July 2016. Surprisingly, only 2.002% candidates have qualified in th CHSL Paper I examination. Candidates who had qualified in the exam are eligible for the descriptive test.

SSC CHSL LDC DEO Results Analysis 2016:

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is a government organization which conducts various examinations like Combined Graduate Level (CGL), Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) etc. It conducts examinations for the recruitment of eligible candidates in various departments. This year also SSC has conduct CHSL exam across India for the recruitment of LDC & DEO posts and the candidates who had appeared for the examination can check the results from the official website.

SSC CHSL Cutoff Marks 2015:

SSC released notification and invited online applications for the 6,578 posts of Lower Division Clerk (LDC) and Data Entry Operator (DEO) posts. A large number of candidates appeared for the examination and checked their results. As per various coaching institutions, the cut-off for General (UR) is 119 marks and 15,150 candidates have scored marks above than 119 marks and the cut-off for OBC, SC, ST, OBC, and Ex-Servicemen category is 110, 99, 89.50 and 45.50 respectively. Total 26,775, 8,592, 3,954 & 3,968 candidates from these categories in the same order have qualified for SSC CHSL Paper-II.

The examination held at Kota and Ajmer centres has been cancelled and hence the candidates who had appeared for the exam at these centres should appear for the re-exam on August 6, 2016. The result of these candidates will be declared on August 10, 2016.

The SSC CHSL Paper II examination is scheduled on 18th September 2016. Candidates who had cleared the examination are eligible for the descriptive test.
