Akshay Kumar’s Rustom released on August 12, amid mixed reviews but a strong hold at the box office. Written by Vipul K Rawal and directed by Tinu Suresh Desai one of the young directors for Bollywood film industry this movie is considered one of the big releases of the year.

Rustom stars Ileana D’Cruz, Esha Gupta and Arjan Bajwa in important roles. It is based on the real life incident of Naval Officer K.M. Nanavati. Check out Rustom Movie Box Office Collections from below.

Rustom Movie 1st Day Box Office Collection:

“Rustom” registered an average of 50 percent occupancy in both single screens and multiplexes around the country in morning shows. The movie witnessed good growth as the day progressed and the occupancy was as high as 70% in the evening shows. As per reports, “Rustom” collected Rs. 15 crore nett at the Indian box office on the first day.

Despite clashing with Hrithik Roshan’s Mohenjo Daro, Rustom not only opened well but has also beaten Mohenjo Daro by a huge margin. With good reviews and solid opening day, the movie is all set to enjoy a big weekend at Box Office.
