This Stephen Hawking Like Wheelchair-Bound Teenager’s IIT Dreams Are Quite Inspiring
People in general often prefer showing up some reasons behind their failures, sometimes, they blame others, sometimes they blame the system and sometimes, they simply escape. But, here’s a story of the fighter from West Bengal.
The 17-year-Old Tuhin Dey is wheelchair-bound., he cannot control 90 percent of his body. Tuhin holds the pen with his mouth to write and operates gadgets using his chin. The boy is now in Kota and is preparing for the engineering entrance examination because he wants to follow in the footsteps of his idol, space physicist Stephen Hawking. This boy was vert much sure about what he want, he surprisingly won two exceptionally talented awards despite his disability.
Tuhin dreams of going to an IIT to become a cosmologist like Hawking. Sujata Dey (38), Tuhin’s mother said he suffers from a congenital muscular disease called Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita (AMC), a disorder that develops during pregnancy and leads to reduced mobility of joints of hands, legs, shoulders and possibly every other body part.

This teenager might be wheel-chaired for now, but with this exceptional talent at the very young age, we can expect him to reach impeccable levels in the field of science. As it is said, Stephen Hawkings was his idol from the very beginning, but unlike Hawkings who was diagnosed with motor neuron disease at 21, this teenager carried the physical disability right before his birth.
