Afghans Eligible For Evacuation Prevented From Entering Kabul Airport Because Taliban Fighters Cannot Read

It’s just getting worse and worse.

According to a recent report by the Associated Press, a number of eligible Afghans for evacuation were prevented from entering the Kabul Airport because the Taliban fighters were not capable of reading their documents.

Yep, that happened.

The recent report from AP said that Afghans who helped other governments during their stay in the country are allowed to leave the country, however, they are having a hard time leaving the airport because some fighters cannot read the paperwork that they have.

The Taliban formed checkpoints around the airport in Kabul.

It is said that they have blocked foreign nationals and Afghans with visas and other paperwork from reaching evacuation flights.

The report by AP said that the issue has been made worse by the Taliban because some of them are having a hard time reading the documents.

This comes as the Taliban said that they are not going to block the passage of Americans and eligible Afghans from leaving the country.

But those are just what they say.

People in the country have claimed that they are not being allowed to leave the country.

Jake Sullivan, the national security advisor of Joe Biden, the current sitting President of the United States of America, said that getting Americans out of Afghanistan is a risky operation.

They also said that they cannot count on anything.

Biden told ABC News on Wednesday that the US wants to evacuate around 15,000 Americans that are currently in Afghanistan.

They are also committed to bringing 50,000 to 65,000 Afghans and their families into the country as refugees.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the people of Afghanistan, may they get through the tough times together.
