India is really cold right now, people are having a hard time coping up with the cold, and so are the animals that do not have a forever home or shelter.

But in a turn of events, a person caught a rickshaw driver transporting a stray dog covered in a blanket.

Dr. Vibhuti Gupta, a Twitter user, said she was on her way to work on the morning of Thursday when she saw a rickshaw driver transporting a dog wrapped in a blanket in the passenger’s seat.

She shared the pictures on Twitter and said, “Zoom in on the rickshaw and thank the heavens later.

Dr. Gupta shared 2 pictures of the kind act.

During an interview with Dr. Gupta, she said the pictures were captured near the premises of the Holy Family Hospital in Okhla, New Delhi.

She said, “It was a sight that I had never seen before. It was beautiful and I couldn’t stop myself. I was awestruck and it was late by the time I decided to capture it.”

Dr. Gupta, who confirmed she loves dogs, said the scene was a heartwarming one.

She also pointed out that the driver of the rickshaw was wearing slippers when he was transporting the dog.
