A video that was shared by DLore Álvarez shows a cat sprinting towards a baby to save it after the child got so class to the stairs.

The video, which was taken by the security cam, shows a child playing on the ground near her crib, and the cat sitting on the sofa.

The cat was observing the kid playing when the child got close to the stairs that led to the stairs.

The baby started to crawl forward towards the open door when the cat rushed to save it.

The cat interrupted the child to divert the kid’s attention to her, keeping the kid away from crawling towards the stairs.

If the cat failed to act right away, the kid could have sustained life-threatening injuries.

People rushed to hail the cat as a hero, but not everyone liked what happened.

Users who saw the video had one similar question in their mind: “Where were the parents of the kid?”

 

Despite being smart creatures, carts are not really meant to be saving people.
