Massive Great White Shark Soars 15ft Into The Air, Sets Highest Recorded Sea Breach Ever
A great white shark was caught on cam soaring to the highest breach ever recorded in human history.
The great white shark rose a full 15ft above the waves and was pictured at its peak.
The amazing photographs of the ordeal were captured by Chris Fallows, a shark expert.
Fallows was reportedly filming off the Seal Island in South Africa as part of a show where experts try to capture the most dramatic shark breach in human history.
Well, they did it!
The episode was part of the Discovery Channel’s ‘Air Jaws’ series, which has been running since 2001.
Fallows reportedly used a tow camera to get the shot of the shark.
Drones and night cameras were also used.
During an interview with the Evening Standard, Fallows said:
They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Well, that picture is worth a thousand breaches. I can’t believe how high it came out, it was just perfect… a photo you dream of. This has to be the ultimate air jaws breach.
Fallows was the first to observe the breaching behavior of sharks along with a worker.
Since the observance, he has registered over 9,500 predatory shark events.

Such an amazing thing to capture on cam!
