The Chengguan, which are the urban management officers of China, is currently being criticized for their actions against the poor animals.

A video, which is too graphic to show, was shared on social media and it shows the officers beating the animals to death with metal poles.

The officers are known for meting out harsh punishments for their misdemeanors and have a reputation for brutality.

In the video, a pool of blood can be seen after the police beat dogs to death with metal poles.

The stray dog can be seen falling to the floor and ultimately lying on its own blood.

The Yingtan’s city management office reportedly told local media outlets that there had been reports of stray dogs scaring the elderly and children residents of the area.

The management office also admitted that the method the officers used was inappropriate.

The employees were educated and criticized for handling the problem very badly.
