Shark Kills California Surfer In Beach Attack After Ignoring Coronavirus Lockdown Rules

A 26-year-old North California surfer has been killed in a gruesome shark attack after he ignored lockdown measures in the state just to hit the waves and surf.

According to reports, the diver had been surfing within 100 yards of the Sand Dollar Beach in Northern California when the shark attacked him.

According to the Santa Cruz Sheriff’s Department, the man was attacked at around 1:30 pm.

The Sand Dollar Beach is closed from 11 am to 5 pm during the coronavirus pandemic.

Emergency services pronounced the victim dead at the scene.

They informed the next of kin afterward.

It is still unclear what type of shark attacked and killed the man.

The Sand Dollar Beach in Northern California will open on May 14, 2020.
