Traveling The Country Together: Kind Truck Driver Adopts Stray Cat So He Won’t Feel Lonely
Cats and dogs are one of the best animals on our planet. They understand our feelings and they make us feel special.
Paul Robertson, a truck driver, used to spend a lot of time alone when he was traveling using his truck, but thanks to an idea, he now has a companion.
Paul adopted a stray kitten, who he named Howie, so it could keep him in company as he traveled on long hauls.
However, Howie passed away in 2017, which left Paul with a great void in his heart.
As the days went by, Paul recovered from his loss and tried to fill the hole that his beloved cat left by adopting a new companion.
Instead of buying a cat, Paul decided to adopt a new cat.
Percy, the cat, had a missing tooth, a scar above his right eye, and a bit of his left ear missing when Paul saw him.
Paul, the kind guy he is, did not care about all the things that he saw with Percy and ended up adopting the cat.
Paul adopted the cat and made Percy his new companion.
Along on his long trips, the 2 are now family.
