The Isabela police arrested a farmer in Barangay Masipi East, Cabagan, Isabela, for having multiple rape charges on his name.

Captain France Littaua, the spokesperson of the Isabela Provincial Police Office, said they arrested James Natividad at around 4 pm at Centro, Cabagan, Isabela, last week.

James Natividad was arrested by the elements of the Tumauini Police after a warrant of arrest was issued by Judge Felipe Torio II.

He was arrested on no bail.

James Natividad was accused of 16 counts of rape.

Captain France Littaua said James Natividad was arrested and brought to the Tumauini Police for documentation.

James will be turned over to the court of origin.
