Woman Swallows Engagement Ring In Dream, Wakes Up To Find It Was True

A woman from California had a dream where she ate her engagement ring to protect it from bad guys, but after she woke up, she found out it was true and she did eat her engagement ring.

Jenna Evans, the woman, said she was on a high-speed train that was racing down the tracks, with her fiancé by her side when bad guys appeared out of nowhere.

Evans said there was only one way to protect her 2.4-carat diamond engagement ring, which was by swallowing it.

In a post she made on Facebook, Evans said she placed the ring inside her mouth and swallowed it with a glass of water.

After her scary dream, Evans woke up.

Talking about her dream, Evans said it was a dream-like a James Bond movie.

After a couple of realizations, Evans realized that her engagement ring was missing and she did swallow her ring.

Evans, who has a history of sleepwalking, realized that the bad guys and the high-speed train were not real, but the swallowing of the ring was real.

During an interview with Today, Evans said, “When I woke up in the morning, there was no ring on my finger.”

She added, “I couldn’t help but laugh at it, and then I had to wake my fiance up and tell him that I had swallowed my engagement ring.”

In the post she made on Facebook, Evans said she Googled if adults swallow rings, but what she found out was kids are the ones who did it.

Evans rushed to an urgent care clinic, where doctors said she should let the ring pass naturally.

The doctors also told her to go meet a gastroenterologist, who later performed to performed an upper endoscopy on her.

Evans said she was crying as the doctors told her to sign the release forms for the upper endoscopy.

Evans said she had another dream, where she didn’t marry the love of her life, Bobby Howell, her fiancé.

The doctor inserted a small camera and device down her throat, finding the engagement ring beyond her stomach.

Talking about the value of the ring, Evans said, “I waited a long time for that damn engagement ring and I WILL marry Bobby Howell DAMNIT.”

The doctors got the ring and gave it to Bobby.

Bobby, the fiancé of Evans, returned the ring to Evans.

Evans said, “Bobby finally gave my ring back this morning – I promised not to swallow it again, we’re still getting married and all is right in the world.”

Evans and Bobby are planning to get married in May 2020.
