Washington State, USA: A 51-year-old man has been charged with rape and murder after he reportedly did the horrific acts to his 61-year-old sister after they played “patty cake” together.

The news was reported first by the Seattle Times.

According to the report, 51-year-old Michael Battersby raped and murdered his own sister.

He was arrested by the police on Tuesday after being taken from the home that he shared with his 61-year-old sister in Washington State.

Officials raced to the house of the victim after being alerted about the incident.

Diana Schuler, the 61-year-old sister, was found unconscious by the police. Michael was present on the scene, he was trying to give CPR to his sister.

The 61-year-old sister was pronounced dead at the property shortly afterward.

It was initially thought that she had died from national causes, however, authorities carried out an official investigation after they found some notes on the screen of her computer.

The message was sent to the friends of the victim at around 4 pm that day.

The police said that the messages said that the 51-year-old brother had raped her the night before. This led the police to conduct an autopsy on the body.

The autopsy later revealed that the 61-year-old had to been strangled, asphyxiated, and drowned and that there was a blunt-force injury to her head.

The examination also found out that the injuries that were present on the body of the 61-year-old were consistent with rape.

Battersby told the police that Diana, his sister, had been drinking and that the pair had been playing patty cake at full force.

He claimed that they often missed each other’s hands and bruised one another.

Police documents also said that the 51-year-old brother told the investigators that he left the house at 4:20 pm in order to run errands and that his sister was in the bath.

When he returned at around 6:30 pm that night, Battersby claimed that he found Diana submerged.

The police since charged Battersby with first-degree domestic violence murder and second-degree domestic violence rape.

He was jailed on a $1 million bond.
