CGPSC DSP Recruitment 2018, Deputy Superintendent of Police (Radio)
Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission to recruit 3 Deputy Superintendent of Police (Radio). For the CGPSC DSP recruitment 2018, a notification was issued by the commission on 25th July stating requirements for the posts. Online applications will be welcomed by the officials from 31st July and must be acknowledged before 28th August. Applicants should check the eligibility criteria first as if anyone found ineligible later (at any instant of recruitment), then CGPSC holds the right to dismiss the candidature.
CGPSC DSP Recruitment 2018 Eligibility Criteria
Before submitting the forms, contenders must check out the notification and assure whether they are eligible or not.
Educational Qualifications:
Candidate must be acquiring a graduate degree in Electronics and Telecommunication or Technology or its equivalent from any of the certified universities.
Age Limit: Applicant’s age must not exceed 28 years and must not be lower than 21 years. Age relaxations are applicable as per government norms.
Physical Standards: applying candidate must be physically fit as per all the terms.
Height
- Male: 168 cm at least.
- Females: 155 cm at least.
Chest: 84 without expansion and 89 with expansion.
In the favour of perfect physical standards, a certificate is to be submitted to the commission.
CGPSC DSP Application Form 2018
The Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission has strictly stated that only online applications will be accepted. Manually submitted forms will not be considered.
To make the online enrollment, aspirants will be required to use www.psc.cg.gov.in. It is the official website of recruitment organising body.
Once the forms are submitted till 28th August, candidates will also be given a chance to modify forms from 31st August to 6th September.
Application Fee:
- Applicants belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC (non-creamy layer) need to pay Rs. 300/-.
- Unreserved category candidates and those from other states need to pay Rs. 400/-.
Selection Procedure:
For the vacant posts, selection of candidates will be made on the basis of eligibilities of aspirants, interview or online examination (will be conducted only when the number of applicants rises higher). Exam centre for the examination will be located in Raipur.
Online examination will be divided into two sections – one for General Knowledge and second for Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering. The first section will comprise 50 questions while another one will be of 100 questions.
Each question carries two marks. The exam must be completed in three hours duration.
