EIL Eligibility Criteria 2018

Sr. Manager:

• Applicant’s age must not exceed the upper age limit of 40 years.
• The candidate must be holding a Degree in law (full time) from recognized university/Institute in India with the minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA / CPI.
• Experience Required: 12 years post-qualification experience as an Executive / Officer in the Legal set up of the Government / Semi Government/ Public Sector Undertaking/ Nationalized Banks/ Listed Companies on NSE or Group A & B of BSE and should have sound knowledge of Civil / Commercial / Industrial/ Labour/ Company Laws etc.

Legal Officer: 

• Upper age limit is 28 years.
• Must be possessing Degree in law with minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA / CPI from recognized university/Institute.
• Experience Required: year post-qualification experience as an Executive / Officer in the Legal set up of the Government / Semi Government/ Public Sector Undertaking/ Nationalized Banks/ Companies and should have sound knowledge of Civil/ Commercial/ Industrial /Labour/ Company Laws etc.
