Federal Bank Recruitment 2018: the last date to apply online for the Officers and Clerks posts was 27th August but now, the date has been extended to 31st August. The last date for printing your applications is 15th September. The online application submission procedure was flagged off on 14th August. As per the notification, proposed date of Online aptitude test for the advertised posts is 9th September. Candidates who will be selected finally would be shall be appointed in any of the branches/ offices of the Bank.

Eligibility Criteria:-

Educational Qualifications:

  • For Officers: The applicant must possess a post graduation degree with minimum 60% marks in any discipline from an accredited university or any other institution established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of UGC Act, 1956. The applicant must have completed the post graduation during 2016-17 or 2017-18. Candidates should have completed their studies from 10th standard onwards in the regular mode of study.
  • For Clerks: The applicant must have completed the graduation or post graduation with at least 60% marks from a recognised University. The applicant should have qualified the graduation or post graduation in the year 2017 or 2018 (academic years – 2016-17 or 2017-18).

Age Limit:

  • For Clerks: Maximum age limit is 24 years as on 1st July 2018.
  • For Officers: the applicant’s age should not exceed the upper age limit of 26 years as on 1st July 2018.

Selection of candidates will be made on the basis of performance in Aptitude Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

Aptitude Test Pattern For Clerks: examination is divided into six sections – Verbal Ability/ English Language, Logical Aptitude/ Reasoning, Quantitative/ Numerical Ability, General, Socio-Economic & Banking, Computer Awareness and Digital Banking. Total 90 questions will be asked. Each question carries one mark. Candidates will have to complete the test for the duration of 60 minutes (composite time for all the tests together).

For Officers: There will also be the same six sections but the number of questions is 150. Each question carries one mark and all the candidates will be given 90 minutes time duration to complete the test. 0.25 mark for each wrong answer will be deducted as negative marking.
