- Academic Qualification Certificates
- Caste Certificate
- Person with Disability certificate issued by the competent authority in case of a physically handicapped candidate.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must be a permanent resident of any of the districts of Odisha state.
Educational Qualifications (For category 1):
- Candidate must have passed higher secondary exams with at least 50% marks and holding 2-year diploma in Elementary Education or in Education (Special Education). OR
- Completed graduation with year diploma in Elementary Ed./ Special Ed. And
- Must have qualified the OTET (Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test category 1) and
- must have passed Odia as MIL up to Glass-VII or pass in Odia Language Test equivalent to ME Standards conducted or declared equivalent by BSE.
For Category 2:
- Must be holding a graduation degree with minimum 50% marks and 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.)/ 1-year B.Ed. (Special Education) Or
- Qualified 10+2 (higher secondary) with minimum 50% marks and qualified 4-year B.A. B.Ed./ B.Sc B.Ed. And
- Cracked OTET (Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test) category 2. And
- Applicant must have Odia as MIL up to Class-X.
Age Limit: Candidate’s age must be between 18 to 35 years as on 1st January 2018. In case of Woman, Ex-Serviceman, SC/ ST and SEBC, age relaxation is applicable upto 5 years and 10 years in case of Physically Handicapped candidates.
