MGVCL Recruitment 2018: Registration Commenced For Junior Assistant

Online applications for the posts of Junior Assistant in Madhya Gujarat Vij Company Limited commenced on 27th July. There are a total of 69 Vidyut Sahayak vacancies applications for which must be submitted before 16th August (6 PM). Candidates will be selected for the recruitment on the basis of performance in written test/ online test.

MGVCL Recruitment 2018 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the recruitment, aspirants must check the whole criteria and confirm, whether whole circumstances are in favour or not.

Required Skills: 

  • Applicant must have good command over English and Gujarati Language.
  • Must be acquainted with basic computer operations.

Age Limit: 

  • Contenders belonging to reserved category can be 30 years old (maximum age limit).
  • Maximum age limit for unreserved category contestants is 35 years as on 27th July 2018.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a graduation degree in any discipline from any of the recognised university duly approved by UGC/AICTE in any discipline. No minimum qualifying marks required.

  • The forms can be submitted online only using the authenticated website www.mgvcl.com.
  • Applicants will get “Career” link on the home page.
  • On the next page, aspirants need to press apply online provided against the recruitment title.
  • Then, registration for the posts must be done using the phone number and email address.
  • Application number will be generated then.
  • After that, registered candidates will need to log in to the account and fill out the application form.

Application Fees: 

  • Rs.500.00 for UR & SEBC candidate
  • Rs.250.00 for ST & SC candidates
  • Mode of Payment: fees can be paid On-line through Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking. No other mode (Demand Draft, Money Order, Postal Order, Cheque etc.) will be considered.
  • Transaction/ Bank charges must be paid by applicants.
  • Once the fee is paid, it will not be refunded in any condition.

Written Examination:

The corporation has provided a syllabus but instructed that ” not limited to following topics/areas”.

English Language 20%
Computer knowledge 20%
General Knowledge 10%
Gujarati Language 20%
Analytic & Logical Reasoning 15%
Maths & General Science 15%

There will be 100 questions in the question paper and each question shall carry one mark. There shall be the negative marking system and 4/4th marks will be deducted for the wrong attempt.
