NABARD Development Assistant Recruitment 2018: 62 Posts, Apply Now

National Bank For Agriculture And Rural Development invited applications from the eligible candidates for the recruitment to the posts of Development Assistant. The Bank is all set to fill up 62 vacancies for which, the notification was issued on 27th August. On the same, the online application submission procedure commenced. Applications for the NABARD Development Assistant recruitment 2018 must be submitted on or before 12th September.

Candidates can apply through online mode only. Applications through any other method won’t be accepted.

  • To apply, candidates first have to visit the NABARD’s website – www.nabard.org.
  • There, click on the Apply Online option. Later on, press the link – “Click here for new registration”.
  • Then, enter the name, contact details and email ID.
  • Once done, a registration number and password would be displayed on the screen, candidates should note these credentials down.
  • Registration number and password will also be mailed and sent via SMS.
  • After that, they have to fill all the required details in the online application form. Candidates should verify whether they have entered the details correctly or not as no change will be accepted after clicking the Final Submit Button.

While applying online, candidates also need to scan their photograph, signature (should not be in capital letters), Left Thumb and a handwritten declaration.

Application Fee/ Intimation Charges:

  • Applicants belonging to unreserved category need to pay Rs. 400/- as application fee plus Rs. 50/- as intimation charges while SC/ ST/ PWBD/ EXS are exempted from the application fee payment but they have to pay Rs. 50/- (intimation charges).
  • Transaction charges will have to be borne by candidates.
  • The payment can be made using Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications: the applicant must possess a bachelor’s degree with 50% marks in aggregate at least in any discipline from a recognised University.

Age Limit: Applicant’s age must be between 18 to 35 years as on1st August 2018. Relaxation in age is applicable by 10 years (General)/ 13 years (OBC)/ 15 years (SC/ ST) for the Persons with Benchmark Disabilities, by 5 years for SC/ ST candidates, 3 years for candidates belonging to OBC category and by 10 years for Widows/divorced women/ women judicially separated who are not remarried.
