South Delhi Municipal Corporation has initialised the online application for the recruitment to 166 Nursery Teacher posts (for females only) from 1st August. Before 5 PM on 14th August, all the applicants need to submit their applications. Selected candidates will be posted in any of the school under the jurisdiction of South DMC on contract basis. Suitable applicants would be elected for the posts on the basis of merit which is to be prepared on the basis of marks acquired by the candidate in academic and professional qualifications.

• The corporation would only accept online applications.
• Candidates will have to upload the application form with their own latest photograph. Submission through any other mode will not be entertained and incorrect applications would be rejected summarily.
• Applicants don’t need to attach documents with the form, these will be required at the time of verification.
• No application fee is required.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: applicant must possess the senior secondary school certificate or its equivalent from any of the recognised boards with at least 45% marks and had Hindi subject in secondary. And, must hold a diploma/ certificate in Nursery Teacher Education Programme from a recognised institute of not less than two years duration OR completed B.Ed (Nursery).

Age Limit: Candidate’s age must be in the bracket of 18 to 30 years. Age relaxation: 5 years of age relaxation is applicable for the candidates belonging to SC/ ST category while three years for Other Backward Classes and 10 years for others.

List of selected candidates will be uploaded would be provided on the official website www.mcdonline.gov.in in between 27th to 29th August. Selected aspirants need to appear for document verification procedure from 7th to 11th September which is to be held at SDMC primary school Andrews Ganj, New Delhi, Central Zone. Those who would be selected finally will have to join the duty from 18th to 24th September.
