In the IPL match between Gujarat Lions and Kings XI Punjab at Mohali, Dwayne Bravo created a world record in T20s as the first bowler to take 300 wickets in the shortest format. Bravo bowled a brilliant spell of 4/22 in the match. Bravo reached the milestone when he dismissed KXIP skipper David Miller.

Following DJ Bravo, Lasith Malinga took 299 wickets in 221 matches. After the feat, and the win, Bravo celebrated with Ravindra Jadeja in his trademark ‘Champion’ style.
