This was one of the master class cricketing skills of Sachin Tendulkar and MS Dhoni. In an ODI match between India and Pakistan, Shahid Afridi was on strike and Dhoni brought Sachin into the attack to bowl the over. Afridi was taking time and he hit a boundary.

Soon MS Dhoni advised Sachin to bowl a wide ball to Afridi so that he can take out his stumps.

As the Captain Dhoni said, Sachin pitches the ball outside the leg stump and the ball turns forcefully cutting Afridi’s pads. Rest of the work was done by Dhoni hitting the stumps when Afridi missed the wide ball. This presence of mind of Dhoni and Sachin made them the greatest cricketers.
