Asus ZenFone 5Z is finally launched in India on Wednesday, and It’s going to give a competition to other affordable flagship smartphones like OnePlus 6 and Honor 10. Asus introduced its ZenFone 5 series at MWC 2018 which includes three ZenFone 5 phones; ZenFone 5Z, ZenFone 5, ZenFone 5 Lite.

 

 

At the time only ZenFone 5Z has arrived in the Indian market, and soon there is a possibility that other two phones will also be launched in India. Asus ZenFone 5Z is coming with incredible new features which other flagships didn’t have especially at this affordable range. ZenFone 5Z has been launched in three variants at a price starting at Rs. 29,999.

Asus ZenFone 5Z Varients

Asus ZenFone 5Z has been launched in three variants. The variant which has been priced at Rs. 29,999 will come with 6GB of Ram and 64 GB of storage. The second variant has 6GB of Ram / 128 GB inbuilt storage and has been priced at Rs. 32,999. The third variant with 8GB Ram / 256 GB inbuilt storage will cost at Rs. 36,999. All three variants will be available on Flipkart from July 9.

 

 

Asus ZenFone 5Z Specs and Features

ZenFone 5Z comes with IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen of the size 6.2 inches with 1080 x 2246 pixels resolution. It has a 402 ppi density and company is saying that it has 19:9 ratio screen but It has around 18.7:9 ratio screen. Multitouch feature in this device supports upto 10 fingers, and the screen is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass.

The device is coming with Android 8.0 Oreo with a chipset of Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC and Adreno 630 which is its plus point. It doesn’t have dedicated MicroSD slot, but it uses SIM 2 slot.

 

 

When it comes to the camera, it has a dual rear camera of 12 MP with f/1.8 and 8 Mp with f/2.0. It also has a gyro EIS technology with both rear and secondary camera. Secondary camera of the device is 8 MP with f/2.0. It also supports 2160p of video recording at 30fps and 1080p@30/60/120 fps. This device also has a 3.5mm jack and has dual speakers inbuilt.
