Oppo A5 Launched with Dual Camera and 4,230 Mah Battery

Oppo has launched its new mobile in China. Oppo A5 was recently launched in China secretly. He latest mid-range handset was recently spotted on Chinese site TENAA, which suggested that Oppo would make the A5 official soon enough.

 

 

How do the phones look?

As expected he Oppo A5 brings a design that looks partly like the Realme 1 and somewhat like the Oppo A3. This means that the Oppo A5 brings a diamond-patterned back and a notched display up front. The phone also highlights a dual camera setup and a large battery capacity, among other things.

Specification of the phone.

The new phone from Oppo has a 6.2-inch HD+ FullView LCD with a 19:9 aspect ratio. The notch on top of the screen is slightly more full than what you see on the Oppo A3, but Oppo hasn’t added any extra sensor as such.
In the notch, the mobile has 8-megapixel selfie camera, earpiece and the odd sensor for ambient light. The dual camera system on the back includes a 13-megapixel primary sensor with f/2.2 and a 2-megapixel sensor for depth.

 

 

The mobile is powered by 1.8GHz octa-core Snapdragon 450 chipset coupled with 4GB of RAM. So far, only one variant has been reported with 64GB of internal storage, which is expandable via a microSD card.

Talking about the battery the free packs a pretty large 4,230mAh battery, which is perhaps why the handset weighs around 168 grams. The battery is said to last a good day today and a half worth of life considering you also get a power efficient chipset based on a 14nm process.

The dual-SIM smartphone runs ColorOS 5.1 based on Android 8.1 Oreo and supports connectivity features like 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS and a 3.5mm headphone jack, among other things.
