Caught On Cam: Horse Gets Dragged By Its Neck And Gets Kicked Inside A Traveler Camp

Earlier this week, a video clip went viral that showed a poor horse being kicked and dragged inside a traveler camp in Nottinghamshire.

The video shows the horse lying on its side before it gets dragged by its neck across a field in a traveler camp in Radcliffe-on-Trent, Nottinghamshire.

The video also shows the poor horse getting kicked in its head.

The animal abuse has been reported to the local police and to the RSPCA.

The land where the incident happened belongs to the South Nottinghamshire Academy.

The local residents called the video as “heartbreaking” and are demanding justice for the poor horse.

A local resident said, “We are at our wits’ end and have been sickened by the behavior. The horse was dragged by a rope around the neck and was then kicked in the head. It is heartbreaking. We have called the RSPCA and they have opened a case and are taking it seriously but they won’t come down without the police.”

The resident added, “We have also seen them swing a dog around by the neck too. Fires are being lit and there is constant shouting and swearing.”

The spokesperson of the Nottinghamshire Police released a statement for the said incident.

The spokesperson said, “Nottinghamshire Police has been made aware of an unauthorized encampment at a school playing field on Bingham Road in Radcliffe upon Trent.”

The statement added, “The Rushcliffe Neighbourhood Policing Team has been in the area to engage with and respond to any concerns from both the local and traveling communities.”
