You don’t have to worry about that fat you have on your belly anymore, those days are gone now. This is all because of a recent survey.

A survey that was conducted by Planet Fitness, more Americans said that dad bods are better.

Planet Fitness, a gym brand, released the study so men with dad bods can celebrate the fact that women prefer their body more.

Of all the people who took part in the survey, 61 percent of the women said that dad bods were more attractive.

The women added that men who are not toned are more “sexier”.

A lot of men say that they are happier with their “dad bod” and added that this type of body had made them more relaxed and has improved their life.

Vice President of Marketing Jamie Medeiros at Planet Fitness released a statement about the study, it said, “As home of the Judgement Free Zone, we’re proud to offer a comfortable environment for all of our members, regardless of body type.”

Jamie added, “This Father’s Day, Planet Fitness is challenging everyone, and not just dads, to be comfortable in their own skin and accept others for who they are.”

Long live dad bods!! Who wants to hit the gym anyway?
