Woman Repeatedly Called Police To Register Complaint Against Parents Who Stopped Paying Her Phone Bill

Canton, Ohio: A 36-year-old woman was arrested by the police for calling 911 repeatedly after her parents stopped paying her phone bill.

According to the police, Seloni Khetarpal, the woman, was arrested by the Massillon Police on February 13, 2020, and is charged with disrupting police services, a fourth-degree felony charge.

Jail records show that the woman called the police again and again because her parents had terminated her cellphone service.

An officer contacted her and told her that she should only call the police and emergency services if there is an emergency.

But it looks like she did not get that message.

2 hours after receiving that call, she called again and told the police the same thing.

She also told the police that her problem was a legitimate issue.

Khetarpal appeared in court and was released after posting a $2,500 bond.

According to reports, Khetarpal is a licensed realtor.

It is still not known why her parents shut off her phone services.
