A daredevil woman ended up with a painful fourth of July celebration after she slammed into a patio shelter following a deadly jump from the rooftop into a pool during a party.

Well, you got something out of it.

Cellphone footage that captured the moment showed the woman and a male pal taking a running jump from the top of the 2 story house.

The man managed a graceful plunge into the water, however, the woman stumbled near the edge after not getting the speed that was needed.

So instead of leaping off the roof, she ended up crashing almost vertically down onto the shelter, where people attending the party were enjoying their drinks.

In the video, the leg of the woman could be seen being caught by the edge of the patio shelter as she was on her way to the ground.

She then flipped over before plunging headfirst into the pool.

Luckily, the video had a happy ending.

After falling into the pool, the woman raised her arms just to show that she is alright.

However, if she did miss hitting the patio, it was pretty certain that she might have slammed straight into the concrete beside the pool.
