Mother Arrested For Punching, Biting, And Scalding 1-Month-Old Daughter In Hot Water

Tulsa, Oklahoma: A mother was arrested for punching, biting, and scalding 1-month-old daughter in hot water.

Lea Robinson, the mother is accused of child abuse after medics discovered that the infant had a number of injuries.

Court documents state that she lost her temper because her 1-month-old daughter was constantly crying.

In a report that was published by KTUL, she dipped the infant in hot water because she was crying.

Robinson was arrested after the doctors found out that the baby had facial injuries and a severe nappy rash.

It is said that Robinson admitted lashing out at the child through frustration as she was not stopping from crying.

The ruthless mother also admitted that she gave the infant bathwater despite knowing that the water was too hot for the infant.

The authorities also found injuries on her buttocks.

A report by WSET said the child had a bite mark on her face when the authorities rescued her.

The kid was brought to the Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and this is where the doctors became suspicious.

According to reports, the mother changed her claims a number of times, this led the officials at the hospital to believe that there was something wrong.

The abuse case against the mother was filed on October 1, 2019.

Robinson is currently being held on a $50,000 bond and is due to appear in court on February 25, 2020.
