Satellite spotters have been eagerly checking the conduct of the Russian Kosmos 2542 that was launched last year in November. It is presently circling in a similar way as the National Reconnaissance Office’s covert satellite, which is known as USA 245.

NRO is a US military arm that completes observation and reconnaissance with its large number of spy satellites.

In any case, that Russian satellite is really following the American is only a hypothesis.

Michael Thompson, a satellite and astrodynamics expert from Purdue University, told the Verge that “[It] is suspicious, however, doesn’t prove anything, as there are various satellites in that orbit.”
