There is this ugly cold war between Bollywood actors Sonam Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor. Both made their debuts with Saawariya, however, things didn’t go so well with the former. But it was different with the latter. Ranbir has proved himself to be one of the best actors Bollywood ever had.

Despite the buzz that has been surrounding the story, Sonam’s silent fight with Ranbir is now making the news. The actor attended Mukesh Ambani’s daughter engagement instead of Sonam’s Mehendi event. Buzz had it that Sonam and Ranbir got close to each other during the shoot of ‘Saawariya’, though their relationship did not last for an expected time.

Later, they worked together with a lot many actors but didn’t work with each other. And, now they are doing it again after 10 years to their debut film ‘Sanju’. Could their alleged breakup after Ranbir’s closeness with Deepika have been the reason for not doing a film together for 10 long years?

However, both didn’t agree regarding their relationship or having broken up but have made bitter-sweet remarks about each other on quite a few occasions. Earlier in 2010, Ranbir in the ‘Koffee with Karan’, tagged Sonam as “not sexy”. Later when Sonam appeared on the same show, she also made several remarks against Ranbir. She had said that Ranbir isn’t sexy at all and is a mama’s boy.

Again during the promotion of ‘Jagga Jasoos’, Ranbir compared Katrina’s fashion sense with that of Sonam which wasn’t liked at all by anyone including Sonam. She called this “silly and random”.

Sonam also revealed that she got film offers opposite him but turned them down because the roles did not suit her. Meanwhile, rumor has it that Ranbir Kapoor will attend Sonam Kapoor’s wedding, leaving behind all that happened between them in the past.
