Kushal Tandon is a famous television personality who has a lot of female following. Who said only Bollywood celebrities have fans who can do anything for them, Recently Kushal was extremely shocked as one of his female fans posted a picture of her slashed wrist with a caption saying she can go to any extent for him. Recently Kushal shared the incident in an interview and stated he got very upset with the whole incident.

He revealed that he got furious at seeing her post and replied very harshly saying this is not going to impress with such dangerous acts.

“After my last show ended, many fans wrote to me, saying that they loved my character. Some even said that just like the show’s female lead character — an obsessive lover called Maya (played by Jennifer Winget) — they, too, can slit their wrist and write letters in blood. I ignored such comments, believing that nobody would go to that extent.”

He further added,

“However, a week ago, this fan from Saudi Arabia slit her wrist and wrote my name on her hand in blood. She also posted the pictures on my social media accounts. I scolded her on Twitter, saying, ‘This is very uncool. If you are trying to impress me with such dangerous gestures, you are clearly not scoring any brownie points with me.’ I also told her not to repeat it in the future. How can I get impressed with such dangerous gestures?” said Kushal.

The whole incident was inspired by the fan from Kushal’s serial Beyhadh. In the serial, Maya (Jennifer Winget) plays the role of an obsessive lover of Arjun (Kushal Tandon). Maya is very much possessive of Arjun and she doesn’t let him live his life. Fed up with this Arjun stays away from Maya but she makes his life a living hell by her insane acts.

Jennifer Winget mesmerized the audience as a mentally disabled person who can go to any extent for her lover Arjun (Kushal Tandon). During the climax Arjun kills Maya.

Kushal rose to fame with his role in “Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai” as Virat alongside Nia Sharma, Karan Tacker, and Krystle D’souza. He also participated in Nach Baliye with his then partner, Elena Boeva.
