The actress is famous in Tollywood who has also worked in Kollywood, Sandalwood and Bollywood films. She made her Bollywood debut with Yaariyan in 2014.
Currently, Rakul Preet is all set for her upcoming Bollywood movie Aiyaary which stars Siddharth Malhotra, Manoj Bajpayee, and Pooja Chopra. In a recent interview, Rakul was asked to comment on the rumors going around about her relationship with Rana Daggubati.
However, the actress declined the rumors and said, “This is just a rumor.”
She added, “We’ve been hearing this for such a long time and [we] can’t help but laugh. This is just a rumor. Rana and I are very good friends. He’s there for me whenever I need him. I stay in Hyderabad, away from family, and there I have a group of 15-20 friends. Rana and I are a part of the group. So, we often hang out together and our neighbors, too. In the group, only two-three (people) are single, and we are among them. And I think people tend to link those who are single.”
Although she said that she is open to dating someone from the industry, “I think someone from the same industry or profession would understand my kind of work. But all said and done, one can’t decide with whom one would fall in love.”
Meanwhile, Rana is now gearing up for his two films, 1945 and Haathi Mere Saathi and Rakul is waiting for Aiyaary to release. The actress shall be seen romancing Ajay Devgn in her next venture.
