Jharkhand Matric & 12th Class Toppers List 2016:

The Jharkhand Academic Council was established for holding and conducting examinations at the end of Intermediate, Education, Secondary Education, Sanskrit Education and Madrasa Education and for prescribing courses of studies for such examinations and for recommending for recognition of Intermediate Educational Institutions, High Schools, Sanskrit Schools and Madrasas to the State Government and for carrying out such other or duties assigned to the council by the State Govt from time to time.

Jharkhand Board 10th & 12th Toppers List/ Pass Percentage Analysis:

This year, the pass percentage of 12th Class Science is 58 per cent and Commerce is 63 per cent.

As per JAC figures, the overall pass percentage for Class 10 this year was 67.54 per cent, down from 7.20 per cent last year. The boys had a pass percentage of 70.03 per cent, while girls had a pass percentage of 65.03 per cent.

Jharkhand 10th & 12th class Pass Percentage of 2015:

In 2015, 73.91% boys passed the Class 10 exams, girls got a pass percentage of only 68.46. The JAC Class 10 results in totality saw a marginal dip this year with the pass percentage falling down to 71.20% against last year’s 75.30%.

In 2015, 65.84% girls passed in the science stream of Class 12, boys were left behind with a pass percentage of 63.20. Among the districts, Chatra performed the best in science (82.51%) followed by Palamu (81.83%) and Godda (77.20%). Capital Ranchi stood at the 16th (58.41%) position among the 24 districts.

In Commerce, Hazaribagh (87.45%) topped, followed by Ranchi (81.72%) and Ramgarh (80.53%). In Class 10 results, Chatra performed best (82.72%) followed by Hazaribagh (82.14%) and Ranchi (77.70%).
